rebel8, curious around what year did this happen? I had a friend in the 60's and

he had SCA, at that time life expediency was 20 years he died at 23. I know they have

made major improvement since then.

Anyone here knew of a case where a sister or brother had Sickle Cell Anemia.

when you were still asleep in the watchtower organization and had no idea of ttatt.

what would you have done if you were in a serious accident and all of a sudden you woke up in the emergency hospital room with all the brothers and sisters at your side and your spouse cheering you on to be faithful to jehovah.

then the doctor comes up to you and tells you that you are about to go into surgery because there is no time to lose and the only way to live is to take a blood transfusion ?

My strength was tested when my 4 years old daughter became ill, and the Doctor

told me she may have Sickle cell anemia. I thought screw this if she needs blood,

blood she will get. My wife called the Elders to come and talk with me, she was willing

to let our daughter die. We had only been in the borg 2-3 years.

The funniest story I heard about playing the lottery. A minister would preach

about the evil in playing the lottery, unknowing to him his wife was playing

the lottery. She hit and his next sermon, God moves in mysterious ways..

My method playing the lottery, I play 10 sets of numbers a week.

The mega number I pick my favorite numbers and the five numbers

are the same in all 10 picks. I have hit 5 out 6 once and four out of

five a few times. But my biggest win was six out of six at the horse races.

I went crazy after leaving the borg. LOL

Yes, I do play the same numbers every week.

all the hating. They have it twisted they are supposed to be hated by the world.

They are not hated but maybe annoying, and the hatred shown to those who walked

away gives it a new meaning to the word hate.

I believe the only ones that may have a hatred is us, and we are a small percentage of the world.
